Pros

Option to go hybrid. Coworkers are nice

Cons

Pay is insultingly low. It's really like they haven't updated it since the 80s. Very clear the company has been trying to cut corners recently. During a meeting, an emoloyee asked HR why they were reducing our 2 paid breaks from 15 mins to 10 mins. Their response was "well we aren't even legally mandated to give you guys paid breaks in WI". I think that describes the culture of this place perfectly

Too many chefs in one pot.

Pros

Hours are good. Close to plenty of lunch options. The bus runs fraud fly. They pay for a shuttle if you park in the Bishop Ranch Garage.

Cons

Employees lack accountability. Management is spotty at best, no accountability. Employee theft is an issue. Not enough parking for employees. Management would rather you get the client off the phone than actually service them. Plan holders DO NOT read their plans so they have unrealistic expectations of their plan coverage. Promotions/growth are 100% political and do not have anything to do with actual performance. Hood attitude.
