Pros
Great coworkers and a good location.
Cons
They say they're a "financially conservative" company like it's a good thing for employees. The Company is experiencing higher and higher turnover because the culture, financial compensation and employee development are sorely lacking. My department didn't even get to have a holiday party last year. Some of us got no raises (not even a cost of living adjustment) and the reasoning was not clear. I am not in upper management - perhaps the outlook is sunnier up there. But more and more I am feeling like I don't matter, and the work I do is not important. Some of my favorite coworkers are being driven away by bad management and better opportunities elsewhere. I am being paid less than those in my area in comparable positions.
