The pay was ordeal but the benefits were excellent .

Cons

Management has no time as well as payroll to make a training or a development position. In which new team members are left stranded and confused as well as the old team members to finish their work and train. To many Chiefs, not enough Indians.

Location rocks - on Michigan Ave, close to public transportation

Cons

Favoritism is exhibited, Management is not willing to change, HR doesn't do a thing and the salary is so below avg it's a joke.

Pros

I believe the best part of working with Old Republic Title is they push for team work and build a family environment. Their benefits package is competitive with other companies.

Cons

Upper management does not promote within the company when they should. Also, there is a problem with the working environment being angry and unappreciated. It has turned employee against employee. Instead of dealing with the problem head on, management fuels it by joining in on gossip.
