Working in a branch office, there was not alot of support from our main office in the way of personnel. They left the branch with a bare minimum of employees and expected business to be built up, daily work to be completed as well as additional work of people that were let go to be picked up by remaining employees -- while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Knowing that there may be times when a plan holder will be disappointed because we don't cover "everything". Many plan holders have not read the plan and do not know what items are covered, so become frustrated when something they felt should be covered is clearly listed as a not covered item.
