      Challenging job and fun work environment. Vacation time and 401k match. Management at local site level do care and will work with you Very supportive environment.

      Cons

      Pay and annual raise is not based on your performance as an individual, no matter how much time or money you save the company by doing your job efficiently. Raises seem to be set in stone within a certain range at this level. There really is not much opportunity for advancement unless you are willing to relocate and travel very often.
