Leadership does not make good financial decisions, and safety is not a top priority if it costs any money or takes time away from production. Sites are expected to balance training and production in a way that leaves employees on the floor overworked and frustrated. There is little standardization across facilities and creates confusion for anyone trying to make a positive impact on each site.
