      Team Members are treated differently Benefits are not that great. IT dept leaves much to be desired. Too much work with too few resources.

      Cons

      Leadership in certain areas/regions can be very toxic. Most are not this way though. The company does listen and take feedback.

      Misrepresents compensation packages. Revolving door of management and seasonal layoffs mean few know anything and then confused why can’t find/retain good workers. Minimal development.
