Some pros of working this position were learning new useful skill at an accelerated rate. Good Benefits & Plenty of Work.

Cons

Lots of Outside the office work past hours to stay ahead, customers can be challenging, combined with coordinating logistics & weather. Regional Upper Management seems to be disconnected from boots on the ground branch employees, & office employees.

Cons

You need to be able to take on additional work above your current position. There are not enough people to complete the work at hand. Long hours during building season. Seasoned employees are not very accommodating to new employees.
