The people you work with are the best.

Cons

Does not pay their employees the correct wages. Takes out millions in PPP loans and has their workers sitting at home with no pay during covid.

- Sponsors Clearance Upgrades - Direct Client exposure (has a downside below) - Dependable working hours - Roles with direct impact on clients

Cons

- Sub standard annual raises (allegedly performance based, but employees with high marks still get sub 1% increases) - Limited growth potential from most lower level positions - Worksites are exclusively client side. Olgoonik management do not see employee performance and generally do not ask Gov Supervisors for feedback. (employees need to self report high performance)
