      Seems like some management can be vindictive. If you oppose them and are right, it can come back and bite you.

      The people outside of management are great people to work with.

      Cons

      No real guidance. Many people are made managers when they are not cut out to be managers.Have been with the company for over a year and feel like accomplishments are minimal and still don't feel connected.
