Pros

Big corporate that still tries to hold smaller company values as far as their employees go. (not always possible... But it seems like they try) They offer good compensation for hard working employees.

Cons

Big corporation which can occasionally have a cold feel to it. Upper management at corporate office locations need to be more personable with remote employees. You can tell they try to reach out; but somehow still manage to leave people feeling small and insignificant. It seems many other companies have gone with a slightly more casual atmosphere in these modern times. That is not the case with Olin. Some locations still dress in formal office attire. It creates a tense feel that can be uncomfortable. Also, as they restructure and align with Blue Cube, many employees are left fearing the possible loss of their jobs.

Pros

Money for salaried roles is competitive.

Cons

There is no amount of open communication. There is no transparency. Do your job, question nothing, go home and be grateful until you start your next new job.
