      Decent salary for the location.

      Discrimination against females for upper management positions. All sales are handled by males. Females are limited to customer service roles.

      Tons of people leaving the company means lots of new hires and a chance for younger people to get their first job. Lower end on the benefits/ pay scale for the freeport Texas region.

      Very poor management. the benefits and pay is well below the Industry for the houston/ freeport Texas region. This company offers no inclusion for it's employees and has a history of cutting or stopping its 401K matching.
