      Pros

      You can make a lot of money if you’re willing to give up all your time at the non-union plant.

      Cons

      You will have to give up a lot of your time to make money at the non-union plant. Management does not care about Techs concerns. A/C has been broke for two years. Barley make more than the Union plants but are doing two to three times the work and management does not understand this. High turn-over rate.
