      Horrible work environment, and even worse management.

      Pros

      There are no pro's to mention. It will take you 2 years to reach full scale in pay. Insurance that you pay for is horrible. It will take you 2 years to be fully vested into 401k that you start paying into within 30 days of employment.

      Cons

      Company owns the union. Sad excuse to have to pay dues to. Same jobs are constantly advertised for. Employees are constantly threatened with layoff's

      Pros

      Olin is now the largest Chlor Alkali producer in the world, but it seems they are retaining their family-oriented style. Olin truly lives up to their core values: integrity, people, helping customers succeed, and continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Communication from upper management to the plants has been lacking for major announcements that have impacted everyday operation of the facilities.

      You get to work with some good operators and learn a lot Every now and then they buy pizza or ice cream

      Cons

      Horrible management no bonus set you for failure overwork you Don't care about operators
