      Pros

      Will receive market level pay and benefits. Good vacation. Many good co-workers. For a young engineer, Olin can be a good learning environment because will have the opportunity to do more (roles/functions typically done by more experienced people)

      Cons

      Confused vision from top level management. Not a strong culture. Unclear work processes. Limited growth opportunities especially for technical roles. Relative inexperience of engineers can lead to poor technical execution. You have to take learning/ development into your own hands and it is dependent on your boss and mentors.

      Benefits are pretty competive for the most part.

      Cons

      The worst company culture I have ever seen in my 20+ years of employment. It starts at the very top of the HR team, specifically the CHRO. I personally witnessed her yell at her team and degrade them for her failures and lack of leadership and integrity. Compared to the corporate culture, the plant culture is a bit better, but poor leadership is still very apparent. Almost zero diversity, inclusion, or teamwork from the corporate teams, everyone is only concerned about themselves. Very strict time clock management, you are expected to be at your desk at all times and watched throughout your workdays. No work/life balance at all.
