      Pros

      Good cohorts in general, a lot of work to do Salary is competitive to local area.

      Cons

      Due to merge of Olin and Dow assets, there are a lot of paperwork and processes that were work in progress. A lot of bureaucratic paperwork inherited from old Dow sites/practices. Projects are already challenging to complete but being a "tenant" of a Dow Chemical site really hampers progress.
