Pros

Smart, hardworking people, good learning opportunities. Opportunity to move up quickly for those that really excel. Opens lots of doors afterwards.

Cons

Long hours, boring and tedious work occasionally. Deteriorating work culture.

Pros

-Client contact from day 1 -Lots of responsibility given to junior staff -Non-profit fellowship and other leave of absence opportunities -Meritocracy

Cons

-Lower brand recognition / prestige than other major consulting firms -Weekly travel which often felt unnecessary (could be a con for some people) -Culture depended largely on office location and practices areas you worked on -Volatile treatment of employees - amazing/ excess when times are good, really rough when the firm isn't doing well
