They provided interns with great support, mentorship, and experience. They worked to make sure we got what we were looking for and they treat us with respect. Make sure you talk to them and question them anytime you want. Awesome diversity.

Cons

The wage could be higher as it is located in Seattle.

Pros

Still producing some amazing work, especially in cultural markets. Lots of excellent designers, great office space and technical resources. Weekly social activities.

Cons

The company has expanded very rapidly - both in number of employees and amount of new work - and it seems both internal organization and quality control have suffered for it. The design partners seem checked-out and principal-level managers are overworked, and distracted by internal "initiatives," leaving mid-career and junior designers adrift. The staffing and hiring teams don't seem to communicate well, and projects are often given staff who are over- or under-qualified for the tasks at hand. Overall, a lack of clarity of roles and responsibilities, and poor internal communication.
