They tend to hire very talented people

Cons

They work the talented people to death and don't pay well or promote unless you are there for many many years. Horrible environment if you are an interior designer. Actually very boring considering they are stuck in their one design style and approach. Boring modern boredom snoooooze city. Also very sexist.
