Pros

A great place to gain experience with a broad range of projects. If you're outgoing enough there are plenty of opportunities to express yourself and your interests. The people that work here are very talented and passionate.

Cons

Seems to be some growing pains. Company has been known for their culture and non-corporate feel, but now that there are nearing 300 people it's hard to maintain that informal personable experience.
