Pros
office culture is incredible; the work is constantly inspiring; it's not a sweat shop - people didn't kill themselves, they just worked hard and got things done; location in downtown Seattle is great; pay is better than what you would expect from a non-corporate firm; internship and development program is top notch; most of the principals have been there for at least 10+ years...which means there is stability and a belief in the values of the firm
Cons
the owners are so busy that sometimes you wouldn't see them for weeks. but hey, they're out there getting work and keeping people employed...so not much of a con :-)
