Great benefits, union, always full time hours

Cons

Very clicky place to work. If you don’t know a higher up person it’s really hard to move up in OMC. There is way too much drama. Environmental services is ALWAYS short and they don’t care how hard you work and if you hurt yourself oh well. Very physically demanding job and just not worth the wear on the body

Organized, great leadership, excellent patient focused care, good benefits and programs for employees, caring and positive work environment.

Cons

High patient load at many of the satellite specialists clinics. Difficulity requiting new physicians to the area. Expansion is happening but finances have slowed the process.
