Pros

Enjoy the people, the co-workers, the providers, the patients.

Cons

Terribly managed. Non-competitive pay. Consistent staff turnover. Would rather spend extra money on travelling staff to keep staffing up than pay an appropriate wage to their current employees to keep them from leaving.

All of my coworkers are friendly. It is a positive work environment. If you are trying to pursue higher education in your medical field, a lot of my coworkers will help and give advice.

Cons

Patient / Staff ratios could be better, but mainly due to lack of staff since COVID began.
