Pros

This little hospital offers quite a bit for being in a rural setting. It supports the entire county on the north Olympic peninsula offering all but the most specialized services.

Cons

It is a small hospital, and has small hospital politics at times. Trying to manage big city issues in a rural area has become increasingly tough.

Pros

Great benefits, leadership (even though they are all SO busy and stressed the people really do care about their employees), lots of room for growth and transferring internally, great people, location and of course the coffee stand and cafeteria are wonderful to have access to!

Cons

Make healthcare not stressful? Not possible. They do the best they can though! Comes with the territory.
