Sometimes patients weren't nice but you will run into those no matter where you go.

Pros

Coworkers work very hard and are there to support each other even though management does not.

Cons

Lack of responsibility to try and resolve the staffing shortage in a small town. Pay just above minimum wage doesn't cut it. Top heavy with attitude.

Promotions and raises are not always based on job performance and experience. Different rules for different people. Pay scale is off for different jobs.
