Pros

There are many amazing front line employees and leaders within this organization. They often promote/hire from within. This the largest or one of the largest employers in the area and their health insurance coverage was better than other jobs I had in and out of this area.

Cons

There should have been stronger leadership and employee development programs. The organization needs to take a more holistic approach between caregiver engagement and patient experience, especially compared to industry leading models/approaches. The pay is incredibly low compared to market research on similar admin style positions. There are definitely leaders that would greatly benefit from more training and support.
