Pros

An exciting industry to jump into with incredible growth opportunities. I’m encouraged by management and senior staff members to participate in multiple faucets of the company. Things are fast-paced, but it’s nothing that you can’t handle with diligence.

Cons

Pros

A cool job with cool people. No one is handing out free goody bags or lollipops however. If you want to get the most out of working at Olympusat you need to take the bull by the horns and not be afraid to take initiative. Taking care of tasks without being asked for instance. If nothing else it’s a good career move.

Cons

Management needs to communicate better across the various levels of the company. That’ll help everyone to be on the same page.

The biggest problem we have to contend with is morale. It fluctuates regularly. There are some fundamental issues at the top of the organization that need to be worked out before this issue can be resolved.
