Pros
The only good thing about this company is the hybrid structure but this might change very soon.
Cons
The two owners are treating every employee as their personal assistant. You can get assigned to handle personal matter for the owners even if they are not in your job description. You are given no information about the task you are asked to perform and you are left to figure it out. No matter how much effort you put and how well you are doing your job, they are never satisfied and point something wrong. Lots of egos are competing in the company and the employees are just caught in the middle. Do not bother leaving your steady job for this company. I have seen people being fired in their first day because they decided that they are restructuring the department after they just hired someone. Management have no direction and give mixed messages at all times. The company is struggling and everyone is trying to put the blame on someone else. Very hostile environment. Very high turnover and the people left are expected to pick up the load for 2-3 people at a time.
