Pros

PTO is great. The health care available to the emoplyees is always good (yet expensive). The flexibility is nice- being able to work from home or office (2020 era).

Cons

Some of the Managment needs some work. Communication is almost nonexistant between departments. Benefits have greatly decreased in the last year.
