This really shouldn’t need to be said, but good work ethic is a requirement to building a thriving career at Olympusat. The other reviewers that mentioned how important hard work to make it here aren’t exaggerating. Let’s just say the poorer your work ethic the higher your chances of being let go sometime down the line. Just saying.

Mixed feelings about the CEO. I don’t have problems with the man, but others clearly do. Advice to Management Keep working hard for the good of the company. "

An exciting industry to jump into with incredible growth opportunities. I’m encouraged by management and senior staff members to participate in multiple faucets of the company. Things are fast-paced, but it’s nothing that you can’t handle with diligence.
