      Employees all generally feel connected to the mission of helping people live better lives - a lot of our work points back to this. A lot of teams take pride in what they do and genuinely look to help elevate others around them.

      Cons

      Many people are experiencing their first run with remote first here. It takes some time to develop the right communication commitments.

      Pros

      Great company mission - so many here are aligned to this mission of helping our members health outcomes. Top notch employees - our team is aligned with brining in the best people we can who are dedicated to each other and Omada's mission. Growing company and still feels like "family" even in a fully remote environment. People are kind, committed, hard working, fun.

      Cons

      Would like more learning and development (practical/hands on things). We do some, and it's great, but need more.
