Great Product, Strong Culture

Pros

Communication at Omada is strong across all levels of the organization. There's clearly an emphasis on building a strong, sustainable culture beyond just listing values - people actually practice them. Team members are bought in and want to contribute toward building something meaningful that will impact its users.

Cons

Not necessarily a con and likely mentioned elsewhere, but people tend to use slack as a primary means of communication. Some teams may do this more than others and I've worked at a fair share of companies that utilize slack/teams, but there's even less of an emphasis on emails here. It just takes some getting used to.

Pros

Flexible, remote first work place.

Cons

Omada doesn't want you to use AI, but yet, they want you to act like a robot. There is no support to lead with your authentic voice, and personal coaching style, they want you to fit into a box with every message of support that you send. I constantly receive conflicting feedback about my performance. There is no consistency with feedback provided. It's challenging to get time off. Extremely low pay, hourly work, and you're hired for full time, and next thing you know you're working less, and less hours.
