Genuinely there are not any cons to working for this company. I have loved everything about Omada so far and I was skeptical in the beginning.

The competition among the executive team and pervasive culture of finger pointing and talking behind others' backs creates a toxic environment. Teams fight for resources and lack alignment around a single business strategy. This creates high school like cliques even amongst senior execs. They pursue growth at the expense of employee satisfaction, performance reviews are arbitrary because there are so few metrics, and the culture suffers. Oh, and no one can say how the product works and the product roadmap is shortsighted. You've been warned.
