Pros

Hybrid work flexibility (facility not extended to recent hires). Company provides necessary tools. Supportive culture, infrastructure, and processes, as validated by 3.9/5 ratings on Glassdoor. Work-life balance is reasonably good with fixed shifts, occasional overtime for support roles, and good manager support for personal time. Strong learning curve with exposure to healthcare RCM, cross-functional projects, and training in the latest tech (AI) and analytics. Good benefits included within compensation such as standard healthcare benefits, other variables, and employee referral programs.

Cons

Below-market compensation with support function salaries ranging below average Bangalore salary. Salary increments are modest at 6-9% average hikes. Employees tend to switch jobs for 20-30% increases. Only top 10% earn market value salaries. Office politics exists as expected with any 2,000+ employee organizations. Support functions get less visibility than client-facing roles. Pay gap by role and slow progression between levels.

Pros

The leadership team at Omega Healthcare demonstrates strong professionalism, clear communication, and a supportive approach toward employees. They encourage learning, recognize hard work, and create a collaborative work environment. I appreciate the way leadership handles challenges with transparency and focuses on both employee growth and organizational success. Overall, a great leadership culture that motivates teams to perform their best.

Cons

Lower management levels often lacked appreciation and recognition for employees’ hard work, making career growth and advancement feel difficult. The work environment could feel discouraging, with contributions not always being fairly acknowledged. Additionally, the HR exit process was highly unprofessional and impersonal, relying more on forms rather than proper one-on-one exit discussions. Communication from HR was limited, and employees frequently had to follow up through emails regarding settlements and compensation, which took a long time to process. Overall, better leadership accountability, employee recognition, and a more supportive HR process would greatly improve the employee experience.
