      1. You got to be self-driven; then organisation can help propel your growth but if you are looking for spoon feeding, this may not be your place of work 2. It is an equal opportunity organisation meaning not much of political biases or preferences, hence, do not look for such benefits. Deliver and get rewarded

      fresher any graduate, age limit: 28 for fresher good fresher salary and growth friendly team lead, managers, supportive environment,

      you can't say this is cons or wrong in the company it's up to you because if you ask me every think is good, but some people say their individual opinion and they say these are the cons. in the end what i will say is always try to be good at work from the start for fresher don't avoid some extra work that will makes you good at the work you will be gaining more experience than others
