      Advice to omega health care , employees are made to work 12 to 16 hrs a day which is against labour law,health of employees are really affected.Work ethics has to be improved

      If you wanna start your career in medical billing, then omega is the best company to start, you learn many things and can expect growth sooner.

      Cons

      Sometimes management decision are not correct, not very interactive with the employees, appreciation level is not upto that mark, management looks client satisfaction first than employees.
