Pros

Co-ordination between team members and team-work is good. Very satisfied with the collegues, work environment and management. Training and induction program is very good, hence I would recommend this company to freshers who would like to start a career in Medical Coding.

Cons

No time to dedicate for yourself as the work load is more, thus employees end up working on weekends (of course overtime work is paid) . Getting leaves (sick/casual) is difficult as workforce is always required on all working days to clear the backlog work.
