Once if they identify your skills, they will include you in important Projects/Meetings, thereby you can learn many many new things . Your skills will be improved to multilevel and everyone will celebrate your work, So yes if you are in learning phase of your job Profile, definitely this is your Platform. Learn and Thrive.

Cons

First things First. You can do lot of work, you will be filled with responsibilities but the amount your earn hardly matches with it. So, try to get your salary fixed & high as much as possible if you are a senior because you are not getting hike even if you are Promoted.
