Very Bad Management

There is no pros for this company management. They like to blem employees only, even if employees don't have any fault. For their management issues they use to blem employees.

Cons

I was hired as service bench. They told me that you will get at least two interview opertunity from process management. First of I don't understand that if I am selected and if I am getting salary then what is the requirement for another interview. And after that I got only one interview opertunity from them. And they said they will not continue with me. The worst part is they did not provide me any system to update my attendance. After 75 day from my last working day I got my FNF payment. That was also with 29 days LOP. When I told them that I don't have any system to update my attendance. Then how can I update my attendance. They told me that whether you have a system or not it is your responsibility to update attendance. And they didn't pay for those days. I strongly recommend my friends to not to join Omega healthcare because of the management.
