Pros
A place to learn what is medical billing for freshers. Because right from the beginning of your first day of work you are made to work for a longer period than usual working hours, which affects in the long run. Sometimes you may feel psychologically depressed to quit your job. Money minded management.
Cons
The company is really clever. I say this because the top level managers are paid well and attractive incentive packages, so to reach their prize. They treat us like horses like in a horse riding competition like jockeys.
