i never ever seen like this organization..its a good and friendly managment., some persons opinion are bad, some ones good,,..its based on domain and work..coming to my side as a coder its a good organization..even hikes also high during apparisal time...

Cons

as a fresher dont join in organization, its not for torture..as a fresher salary was very low....but they people treat like backbone of omega....
