Pros

A good start for a fresher who want to pursue a career in healthcare industry. Strong general foundation about healthcare during the course of training. After training you will be on the floor based on a ramp up and will be learning more about the process/project during the ramp up period but depend on to which process/project you are assigned to which is solely based upon on the performance during the course of training.

Cons

Less salary package for freshere but pays lot for experience. A bond for 1 year for fresher surrendering original certificate incase if you did not complete you have to pay inorder to get it back either by deducting from your salary. Lots of Extension shifts and even during the weekend but depending on the process. Inbalance the amount of effort and hard work you put does not show the output on the payslip. Think employee are machines.
