Pros
Equal opportunity --- rule is a rule for all the fools ( applicable for TM too) Decent salary package -- 16 k for fresher (inclusive of VP) Rewards and recognitions Over all I would advice freshers to step into this company for a good learning & growth opportunity.
Cons
Few places where we can easily identify internal politics. But my kind advice is just like that neglect those and move on. This is how I survived, i would suggest the same.
