      Pros

      The management are pro-employees as a whole. They took care of their rank and file employees. The training was meticulous.

      Cons

      The location was horrible. Going to the workplace is marred by terrible traffic (cars, people, and elevator) during rush hours. Some persons with position are simply rude and selfish.

      Pros

      its a good place for learning. Training is good and also practical exposure is good. i was with omega for short duration of 6 months is a good place for learning. also they provide free food and Overtime allowance for some projects.

      Cons

      salary is worst in omega which is 7050 for Pharma/nursing and 6050 for Bsc, Msc etc in medical coding. How can a person survive for that amount in bangalore and that for 6 months and after that 11050. Management is not so keen towards implementing new pay scale thats why employees absconding within joining and after some days.
