      Pros

      Our batch was the first batch to start the operations in full fledge where omega was initially associated with Manipal group. I'm really proud for it to have a wonderful & long career in my life

      Cons

      Even with huge workloads i learnt to balance it in appropriate manner, my subordinates & my superior were always supportive in ups & downs of professional. Learnt people managing in my early days in Omega. I hd a rocking & fantastic team, Great to see omega growing rapidly from where it was 10 years down the line as an outsider now. Even I changed my domain completely now bt still im what is bcz of Omega.
