      Good place to startup.. Office environment is awesome.. People including seniors are very friendly

      1) Recognition (not that all receives though! ) frankly speaking this is why i still work here.. 2) Culture of the org 3) Nature of the job is interesting.

      Cons

      - Forseeing event and fixing is good, but shouldn't be done immediately. - Comparatively poor compensation structure. - Management style changes frequently
