Pros

Live in Nature with a beautiful collection of souls. Reknown holistic educator come to teach a variety of classes. Excellent Staff Programs including yoga, shamanism and the arts.

Cons

Poor living conditions in a mold and tick infested environment. Barely legal(and at times illegal) payscales for seasonal staff, while heads of organization earn 100s of thousands of dollars.

Pros

It's a magical place. I love it every year! You meet amazing people, eat healthy food, live in a community-type environment, and partake in classes/ workshops that are very interesting.

Cons

It gets intense during the middle of the season, so you have to find an outlet of some sort to feel grounded.

Fun place to work, easy work, laid-back

Cons

Not fair compensation for employees, supposedly a spiritual center but just as money/profit-oriented as anywhere else. Take advantage of seasonal workers.
