Pros

Great opportunity to work for summer for college students or new graduates.

Cons

Duty as a float is physically demanding and many older floats had a tough time if they were not physically active.

Overall Good, But Losing Its Mojo

Pros

Wonderful staff. Being part of the worlds premier holistic education center. Free lunches from May-October. Free yoga, tai chi, meditation, dance movement and other classes. Free workshop during the season.

Cons

A bit lost on the boomer generation and stuck in that mindset. Lacking democratic concepts in the workplace. Very slow to change. Becoming too corporate. Most high level positions get landed by people outside the company, leading some long time employees to see no path forward within the company.
