Mission-driven nonprofit, with world class teachers and learning opportunities. Dedicated staff, and caring work environment. On the leading edge of environmental sustainability. Excellent health care coverage for full time, salaried employees. Many unique perks when the campus is open for its annual guest season (May--Oct).

Cons

Campus is closed temporarily due to COVID-19.

campus, free lunch, yoga and meditation classes if you can make time for them

Cons

many of the perks were only available if you could make time for them before and after work hours (not good for those of us who had families at home), or during what was a VERY packed work day - And the work environment was VERY stressful and tense, so not conducive to "self-care" even though that's what this place was purportedly all about

Many excellent co-workers, good intentions, beautiful site, some interesting programs, decent healthcare benefits

Cons

poor upper level management, questionable business decisions, "classism" between 'elite' employees and those who dealt with consumers, terrible interdepartmental communication, huge discrepancy in pay between tiers in organization--frequently not relative to actual tasks or seniority
