Being downtown Seattle without the hassle of being downtown Great group of people who are respectful, thoughtful and understanding Lots of growth and opportunity for advancement Using cutting edge technology Competitive salary Great benefits! Willing to invest in personnel and provide training Very flexible with work hours when it comes to needing time off Awesome view of the Puget Sound and Olympic mountain range Although I haven't used it yet, there is a access to full gym with amazing view of waterfront

Cons

Awkward time, due to fast growth with complicated seating options Parking is a bit of a challenge, if your not paying for parking. Not so many dining options so be ready to make creative decisions when it comes time to eat.
